It is Megan Luiz's Goal to create a space filled with beautiful and eclectic pieces that will inspire her customers "to create an environment they love for the people they love".


Megan grew up in Durban, South Africa, and moved to Australia when she was 17 years old. The store name comes from special childhood memories spent at her family's beach cottage in South Africa which was called "Greedilulu". Megan gave this name to the business as a way of representing the love and inspiration that those memories carry with them.


Greedilulu is now open on in the heart of Mornington on Blake Street where you will find that it brings together an eclectic mix of local and international home wares, textiles, jewellery, Arts and will soon stock a fashion range as well.


Inspired by her African upbringing, nature and her travels around the world to place like Bali, Egypt, America, Europe and Thailand, Megan describes Greedilulu as having a "bohemian luxe" feel, with artisan, handmade and vintage products all with a unique modern twist. You can find such interesting and diverse items as Moroccan wedding blankets, Boucherouite rugs and vintage Berber cushions, African baskets, Bolivian frazadas, and South American hand woven purses and bags.


The African spirit is a big part of who i am today as a person, and is something that i would like to share with everyone through the home wares that i have sourced for the store". "I choose to stock handmade products that are not mass produced, I support fair trade and I have a strong focus on building relationships with small Australian businesses."
